Kochi: Lexus India has launched a Guest Experience Center in Kochi to provide the ultimate customer experience. The center has been opened in Nippon Towers at Kalamasery. This is the 19th Lexus touch point in the country. Lexus is a leading luxury car manufacturer in the world.
Lexus GEC’s design is a fusion of the Kerala heritage and the Japanese philosophy of hospitality.
The exterior of Kochi Center is shaped like a boat in Kerala style. The backwaters, houseboats and coastline of Kerala are all inspired the architecture. The Lexus GEC offers a serene and proud ride like that in a luxury houseboat. Kerala materials like wood and brass are used for construction. It is ultimately focused on providing guests with the homely comfort of their own homes. The GEC interior combines the artistic heritage of Kerala and Japan. Cafe, meeting room, discussion area, reception, car display area are all accommodated in the center.
Lexus India President Naveen Soni said that the experience center in Kochi is expected to provide further market potential for Lexus in South India. He added that GEC aims to create a unique experience for its customers.
Kochi GEC Chairman MAM Babu Moopan said that their aim is to have a warm long-term relationship with the customers.
